Sandhole is my dream and birth place situated in the district Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Sandhole is very famous for its fairs and festivals. It is a place where three districts join their hands with each other and these districts are Mandi, Kangra and Hamirpur. You can also enjoy with your friends at the Harsi Patan where you can enjoy boat with your family and friends. It is one of the oldest ways of crossing the river vyas. I forget told you one main thing that this charming town is located on the river vyas. You can enjoy swimming, but you must be careful while doing swimming.

This town is easily accessible by the various ways of traveling hence it is not accessible by airways as its main airport is located in the Gaggle, which is about more than 100km from this town. If you are traveling from any long distance, then it can reach here direct from the Delhi. Traveling by trains is also a great opportunity for the travelers as they have to travel to Palampur from the Pathankot. The main railway junction is at Pathankot and if you are traveling further, then you need to take narrow gauge train Pathankot to Palampur Himachal station.
I would like to suggest you bus as the best option of traveling to and from Sandhole. You can travel to this place by your own car or you can hire a car or you can use other ways of transport. To explore more in this town you can use local transport or hire car.

Newly constructed bridge at Sandhole is now open for the general public. Himachal’s Chief Minister was there for the opening of this bridge. This bridge has made many connections with other towns in the Himachal. You can travel directly to the Delhi, Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Kullu, Mandi, Kangra, Hamirpur and many other places directly from the Sandhole.

There are many primary and secondary private or Govt. schools are there in the town. My primary school was Hattie ka school. Now you will find many private primary schools in this city as they are good education to the students.
